Hi  Everyone,  
As  Vice  President,  I  am  reaching  out  to  you  in  an  effort  to  promote  our  fundraiser  to  
you  and  your  respective  organization.  If  you  are  familiar,  the  fundraiser  has  been  
done  for  the  past  18  years  under  the  name  of  "Spaghetti  Dinner"  traditionally  hosted  
by  the  sisters  of  Phi  Epsilon.  This  year  in  an  effort  to  attract  a  larger  Greek  Life  
presence,  we  are  taking  an  entirely  different  approach  and  have  made  some  major  
changes.  The  fundamental  goal  will  remain  to  raise  money  that  will  FULLY  fund  a  
scholarship  for  a  college  aged  student  unfortunately  affected  by  cancer.  The  event  
will  be  hosted  at  BurgerFi  on  Saturday,  April  18th  from  4-­‐7pm.  BurgerFi  has  
generously  allowed  us  use  of  the  entire  downstairs  area,  thus  away  from  the  general  
public.  A  ticket  entitles  entrants  to  one  BurgerFi  Burger,  Fry,  and  Soft  Drink.  There  
will  be  bar  specials  along  with  raffles  throughout  the  event.  Tickets  can  be  
purchased  for  $10  in  advance  or  $15  at  the  door.    
Phi  Epsilon's  name  has  not  been  posted  on  any  flyers  throughout  social  media  or  
will  be  displayed  on  our  personal  social  media  accounts.  The  flyer  attached  is  the  
one  that  will  be  distributed.  We  have  made  this  change  in  hopes  members  of  the  
Greek  Community  will  understand  our  position  and  will  be  able  to  attend  without  
any  repercussions  from  administration.    
It  is  unfortunate  that  we  have  to  take  such  matters,  however  we  are  only  trying  to  
make  this  event  as  successful  as  possible  for  our  scholarship  recipient.  This  event  
remains  close  to  our  hearts  and  has  been  a  Greek  Community  staple  for  almost  two  
decades.  We  would  graciously  appreciate  any  attendance  of  members  of  your  
organization.  Granted,  to  ensure  all  bases  are  covered,  any  attendees  are  attending  
on  their  personal  time,  removed  from  their  organization.  In  the  past,  members  have  
made  cash  donations  and  not  attended  the  fundraiser  as  way  to  ensure  even  further  
no  organization  ties  can  be  linked  to  our  event.  However,  we  hope  with  the  changes  
that  have  been  made  and  releasing  the  Phi  Epsilon  name  from  the  event  we  will  
receive  support  from  the  community  to  provide  our  recipient  with  the  scholarship  
he  deserves!
