Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst

The Mergers & Acquisitions department of EuroDev provides high
quality buy-side and sell-side advisory services to companies and
Private Equity Groups, managing deals with transaction values of € 5
million- € 50 million. We intermediate between mainly US and
European based companies in various market sectors.
During this challenging internship you see various components in the
M&A field. Not a day is the same and every project has its unique
aspects. You will support our M&A team with research activities like
identifying and researching potential buyers or sellers in different
markets and countries, assist in preparing presentations and basic
financial analyses.
Your profile:
We don't expect from you that you know it all, but we expect that
you are willing to learn it. Requirements for this positions are:
• Interest and affinity with M&A
• bachelor or master student or a recent graduate that is willing
to do a work experience internship
• Good command of the English language, others are a plus
• Good analytical skills
• Commercial and result driven
Our offer:
We offer you the opportunity to gain practical M&A experience in an
ambitious and fast growing company. The internship is offered in our
Dutch office (Almelo, Overijssel). Duration will be min. 5 months,
starting in September. You will receive a reimbursement for the
internship.
