For the 2015 Hijos de Borinquén Lowell Puerto Rican Cultural Festival celebration to be held on Saturday,
August 22, 2015 at Sampas Pavilion and Esplanade, 500 Pawtucket Blvd. Lowell, MA

Vendor Space Rentals consist of one space up to 10x10 and renter agrees to bring own canopy, table and
chairs. Space rental is (NON-REFUNDABLE RAIN OR SHINE)

* Informational and Artesan Kiosk rentals may not sell food.
(Payment must be received no later than June 30, 2015. All checks payable to Hijos De Borinquén. )

*** No Alcoholic Beverages are allowed at this event. Any vendor who violates this no alcohol policy shall
be banned from the event and may face prosecution and or be subject to arrest.
Additional terms and conditions: The above named party is also responsible for the following:
 Compliance with all laws as required by the City of Lowell Board of Health Department, Fire Department, and
requirements set forth by the City of Lowell Special events Licensing Commission.
 Rental, installation and removal of tents, canopy, table, etc.
 Grease and/or oil must be removed from the premises; no dumping grease/oil is allowed.
 Put rug or heavy cardboard on space to protect space.
 Maintenance and clean-up of the area where your items are to be sold or consumed.
 Set up will be between 9am-11am. Vehicles will not be allowed to unload after 11am.

Liability Disclosure:
It is hereby agreed that the vendor above holds harmless Hijos De Borinquén, its officers, affiliates
(“Organizers”) and Lowell Cultural Puerto Rican Festival from all accidents and liability that might follow
from any cause, including accident or injury to invitees, guest, exhibitors, their agents or employees, including
loss or damage to their personal property, loss due to fire, theft, vandalism or any natural act and held harmless
from all liability for any personal injury claim, and/or any other claim or counter-claim and/or suit brought by
any third party whom enters this designated area (food or souvenir kiosk or information table).
The parties hereby accept the terms and conditions as stipulated on this contract and hereby sign freely below.
