INFORMACION IMPORTANTE!
SPACE MUST BE ALL PAYED BY JUNE 30, 2015 ANYONE NOT PAYED UP BY
THIS DATE WILL LOSE THEIR SPACE.
WE WILL HOLD THE FESTIVAL ON SATURDAY AUGUST 22, 2015
RAIN OR SHINE PAYMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE
All Food Vendors must fill out Application For Temporary Food Establishment Permit. (this
is required by the local Board of Health) there is no fee.
All Vendors selling food or beverages must attend a short meeting vendors will be notified
when the meeting will be. It will be at Lowell City Hall 375 Merrimack St. 2nd floor Room 55
Lowell, MA (out of state vendors need not attend and restaurant owners with approved
licensed kitchens who are experienced in proper food handling practices)
Spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis. We will be at the park on Friday
August 21, 2015 from 6pm to 9PM for early set up *no sales permitted on the set up day.
No one can set up without our authorization.
We will not be responsible for items or property left overnight we do not provide
security. Vendors who set up items on Fiday or leave property early are doing so at
their own risk.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED, anyone caught selling alcoholic
beverages at the Festival will be asked to close their Kiosk and will be expelled from the
Festival and could be subjected to arrest by the Police.
No “Silly String” may be sold!

Make sure you have a K type fire extinguisher if your selling food at your booth.
The fire department will require it.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ELECTRICITY.
If electrical power is required, vendors must bring their own generators.
