The ESMT MIM is a 22-month program designed for recent graduates in a quantitative discipline. MIM students
develop their long term career plan and gain valuable business expertise before entering the job market.
The program was developed in consultation with top German and international companies.

The MIM in a nutshell:





Up to 10 months of internships and projects in global corporations or Berlin start-ups
Internship opportunities offered by companies such as Allianz, Axel Springer, BMW, Bosch, Deutsche
Bank, Deutsche Post DHL, E.ON, Gazprom, McKinsey, Siemens or ThyssenKrupp
Learn a foreign language while completing coursework in English
Work on a two-month Social Impact Project in Germany, Africa, or Asia

The MIM program is designed for:

Bachelor's graduates with a background in analytical subjects
(science, technology, engineering, finance, economics,
mathematics etc.); OR
