maintain healthy skin.
1. Wear sunscreen
It's important to protect skin from UV exposure. Therefore, applying sunscreen is high
recommended. Unfortunately, not all sunscreen is effective against UV exposure. You are
recommended to choose sunscreen with a high SPF (30+) especially when you are under direct sun
light at most of the time. Always apply sunscreen at least 15-20 minutes before going out so that
sunscreen can be absorbed into your skin.
2. Clean the rest of makeup before going to bed
Once you travel or move all day long, clean your makeup immediately before going to bed. You need
to clean your face with milk cleanser, astringent or rose water. Once you remove your makeup
completely, use a face wash soap to clean your face. Finally, apply a vitamin or cream to moisturize
the skin.
3. Avoid Acne
Acne normally appears due to oily skin and dust. However, acne can also be triggered by hormonal
imbalances or other factors. Clean your face on a regular basis to remove the excess oil from your
