SESSION INFO
It’s best to take shots in natural light when the sun is low on the horizon usually during 6-8AM or 7-9PM. This is called the
golden hour and makes everyone look fabulous.
In terms of outfits, bring as many as you’d like. When in doubt, bring it!
Also bring MP3/phone/something with music so we can listen while taking pics. It’s much easier to get into the vibe this
way to take more natural photos.
Bring “props” or anything that displays your personality. These are great to have in the photoshoot and can really bring
a photo to life. Examples include: musical instruments, sports equipment (tennis racket, baseball bat), glasses, your pet, if
you are an author, bring your book.
When we meet for the shoot, please provide me with a CLEAR flash drive of at least 8GB in which I can give you the
fully-edited, high resolution (high quality, poster-sized) photos. I can also provide a flash drive for an additional $20.
RETOUCHING (included in all packages)
I am also an experienced Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom user. I do not use simple overall picture blurring to soften
your images. I use many photoshop techniques to remove acne, blemishes, and soften rough patches while maintaining
a natural look. My goal is to ensure that you are happy with your photos by capturing your most beautiful self. So if you
need anything changed or adjusted just let me know! And I mean anything.
*I can shrink fat, shape your face, lengthen chins! Just ask! (And we’ll keep it a secret ;)

PROOFS VS. FULLY-EDITED PHOTOS AND PRINT RELEASE
Proofs: Low resolution photos with watermarks that have slight lighting adjustments. These are not large enough to make
poster-size, but can be shared on facebook, email, social media, and can be printed anywhere (I will provide a print
release). These are also used for your reference of the shots taken.
Fully-edited photos: High resolution photos (poster size) that have full photoshop edits (more extensive lighting
adjustments, photoshop “fixes”, and optional artistic touches). No watermarks
*Any photos shared online will have my small watermark in the corner of the photo. This is to protect my work as a
photographer and artist. If you have any questions or concerns we can figure out something that will work for you!

Final comp card on CD - all you have to do is print it! (I do not print compcards, but you can go to CopyMax or
Kinkos to have it professionally done)

*What is a comp card? - A composite card, or “comp” card, is a resume for your appearance to show agencies
and clients what you look like and what kind of modeling you can do. Usually this includes a total of 5 images
with one large one on the front and 4 smaller ones on the back with measurements such as height, bust, waist,
hips, dress size, shoe size, eye color, and hair color. You want to show versatility with these shots! When in
doubt, bring the outfit and we can work out what to wear and what shots to take!
