AMAZE - is a startup in the inspirational fashion mobile-commerce
space. We are currently a team of 14 people with different
backgrounds in fashion, journalism, design, technology,
entrepreneurship and business administration. In collaboration
with one of the biggest European online retailers as our key
partner, we launched our product in June 2015. Within a few days
we were honored by Apple as the “#1 Best New App”. Keeping
this momentum, we are all looking forward to exciting times to
come.
The objective of AMAZE is to become the most widespread
inspirational and fun shopping app in Europe.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate to drive international
growth of the AMAZE user base and to build up and head the
AMAZE Marketing & Growth team in Berlin. You are in charge of
managing and controlling the marketing campaigns across all
countries and online/offline channels, including ASO, social media,
etc. You are very familiar with the mobile space and all your
decisions are data driven. You will apply performance marketing
and growth hacking for fast international growth. Besides, you are
driving the creation of marketing materials and creatives in
collaboration with the content team and in alignment with brand
image and messages. You work closely with the management,
content, product and tech team to create integrated marketing
and growth plans. Managing the marketing budgets to drive
growth and retention belong to your key field of responsibility. In

Develop the overall marketing & internationalization strategy
Develop and track marketing plans and budgets to increase
installs, retention (and sales)
Implement marketing measures and growth hacks, measure
performance and success, and optimize constantly
Constantly improve and extend KPI tracking and reporting
Identify, build and develop strong internal and external
partnerships
Analyze, structure and monitor the development of
international markets and competition
Be a sparring partner for the product team
Build up and head the AMAZE Marketing & Growth Team
Several years of professional experience in the online (mobile)
marketing sector dealing with different marketing channels
Several years of professional experience in performance
marketing and growth hacking (incl. common tools)
Experience using hard data and metrics to measure
performance, determine improvements and innovation as
well as your ability to immediately affect the success of our
business through your efforts
Capability to understand and execute against multiple and
complex goals in a fast-paced environment
Extensive professional network within the Marketing
community (mobile)
Excellent leadership, analytical and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and gift to
motivate people
Excellent communication and writing skills
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) – Spanish,
French, Italian a plus
