It bears repeating, once you are looking at the Template Dashboard, if you want to customize any of the gadgets, click on the Tools Gear
menu and scroll down to Copy Dashboard and rename for yourself. To get it to come up in your Dashboards menu, click on
Dashboards, select Manage Dashboards and click on the star
to the left of the name of the dashboard, it will mark it as a
“Favorite” and will be in your Dashboards menu next time. Any users who have not added any dashboard pages as favorites will see the
System dashboard.
Edit Gadget
You can add gadgets or edit what each gadget displays. To start off you may want to customize the Agile Sprint Health Gadget to
display current sprint progress for your team. If you are adding the gadget, to specify the board scroll all the way down to the end of the list
for D3. You can click on the name of the Sprint to go to your Agile Board. (The boards that are Kanban won’t be listed in the pull-down
menu.)
To Edit a “gadget,” click in the upper right of each title bar and Choose Edit. This will take you to the Set-up Gadget view.

Set-up Gadget
Once you are in the set-up gadget view, you can choose your Sprint from the Sprint dropdown menu and Save.

As another example, if you want to choose a different filter for the Filter Results gadget on your dashboard, (which on Template
Dashboard, is the D3 Blocker & Critical Bugs – Not Resolved or Closed filter) follow the step above and then click on
Advanced Search in the set-up gadget view:
