 General Information Of Cable Festoon System
1. Availability installation in general, humid, corrosion effects and
explosion proof environments specially.
2. Availability installation and moving on steel wire ropes, I
profile, T profile, special C rails as a curved or straight way
with flat and round electrical wires and related equipment.
3. Cable carriers bodies and wheels fabricated by polyamide,
steel bearing or galvanized materials as moving on steel wire
ropes, I profile, special C rails…
4. Availability installation as a straight way up to 70 m and max.
Moving velocity up to 80 m/min indoor or outdoor.
5. Max. Capacity on cable carriers is 25 Kg.
6. Temperature range: -30 ~ +100 °C.
7. Min. Bending radius: 750~1500 mm related to profile railways.
8. Profile ways and related equipment are fabricated of normal
steel, galvanized steel or aluminum material.
