matters to item #3. Since the motion was not seconded it failed.

Commissioner Lee made motion to ask the Board of Zoning Adjustments
(BZA) to extend the applicant’s deadline for the submission of the variance
request. Motion passed 7-0-0.
Ø Status of Liquor License Protests

Stanton’s Liquor – Commissioner Lee’s Group was dismissed. Party of 9
participated in Mediation.

Kovaks participated in Mediation working on Settlement Agreement
•
Rose’s Group of 5 participated in Mediation/working on Settlement Agreement

Treasurer’s Report – Commissioner Keisha Shropshire
- Balance of the ANC account $53,877.35
Commissioner Shropshire made motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report.
Motion seconded. Motion passed 7-0-0
Approval of Minutes – Commissioner H. Yvonne Buggs
- Commissioner H. Yvonne Buggs read minutes and made a motion to approve
the minutes with necessary corrections. Motion seconded. Motion passed
7-0-0.
