Above Circumstances
Your okay under the circumstances
What are you doing under there
You should be living above them
Where God provides mercy and care
Cast your cares upon the Lord
And He will see you through
His mercies are new every morning
His grace will strengthen you
Circumstances may not change
But your perspective will
What once was a mighty mountain
Becomes a gently sloping hill
Honor the Lord with your praises
No matter what life dishes out
Put your focus on things above
For that’s what life is really about
Rise above your circumstances
Keep your mind upon the Lord
And peace beyond all understanding
Will into your life be poured

Advancing
We have a shield of faith
That keeps us well fortified
As we add our faith together
Our shield is multiplied
We’re slashing through the lies
Rebuking them as we go
With the sword of truth
We strike down every foe
We have the word of God
And the power that it holds
It is the weapon we use
For tearing down strongholds
Steadily we ' re conquering
The principalities demons claim
Casting them out of the way
With the authority of Jesus’ name
We’re breaking down the walls
Built by the enemy
We’re crashing through the gates
And setting the captives free
God’s people are advancing
Further into the land
We’re taking back territory
Out of the enemy’s hand

Afraid Of Fear
When I was a child, and all alone,
I heard a knocking at my door.
It sent a chill up and down my spine.
But I inched my way, across the floor.
When I opened the door, fear came in.
And I cringed, and tried to hide.
It entered into my every thought
. And hid itself, deep inside.
Too afraid to face up to fear,
I surrendered to it, with little strife.
It grew and grew, to enormous size.
And soon, was controlling my life.
There was nowhere to run and nowhere to hide
,Because fear was always there.
Whenever I tried to turn and fight,
I’d cower from its menacing stare.
When I was a child and all alone,
I didn’t know of the God of Grace.
Or that I could ask of Him in faith,
To chase out fear from it’s hiding place.
But now I know and I understand,
There’s a living God, who’s always near.
He’s given me the strength I need,
To take the steps to conquer fear.

After Church
Church doesn’t end,
When the service is done.
The rest of our lives,
Has merely begun.
God loves to hear,
Our worship and prayer.
Every day … every second,
He is still there.
He’s longing to hear,
Our thanks and our praise,
For all that He does,
In all of our days!
Don’t wait for the next,
Church service to come.
Talk to Him now,
Through His holy Son.

After The Rapture
After the rapture comes,
I know where I will be.
It won’t be down here walking,
In the land of the enemy.
I’ll be up in heaven,
On streets that shine of gold.
Face to face with Jesus,
When He gathers up his fold.
I’ll be with my Father,
Standing inside the gate.
Not struggling here on earth,
For heaven is my fate.
When God sends forth His judgment,
And turns His back on earth,
I’ll be in His presence,
Praising His awesome worth.
Fire will rain down from heaven,
When man’s time on earth is done.
But knowing this, I boldly say,
Even so…Lord come!

An Awakening
Awaken, oh my spirit, rejoice!
Look what the Lord has done.
Can you see it, the light shining through the veil?
Can you smell the sweet aroma of victory?
Can you feel the breath of God, blowing on my soul …
Reviving it ... Leading me back, where I belong?
Can you hear it, through all the commotion?
That still small voice, telling me He loves me!
Awaken! Oh my spirit, rejoice!
You’re in the presence of the Almighty.
Reach beyond the rebellious pride.

Angels All Around
Beautiful angels, exquisitely gowned
Heavenly hosts dancing around
They’ve joined us in our worship sound
And send our praises heaven bound
They’re making our prayers so profound
My earthly wisdom, they confound
They send them to the Great Renowned
The one who sits in heaven crowned
So many angels, how they abound
Have come to join us on the ground
God sent His angels to astound
When our worship became unbound

Baby Christian
I am a baby Christian
Living a life that’s new.
My past may not be pretty
But my future is quite a view.
Please lift me up, and guide me
As I’m learning how to walk.
I may get bruised from falling
But keep me on the rock.
I have a million questions.
I’m learning along the way.
I may be awkward now
But I’m growing more each day.
I have an awesome hunger
For what God has in store.
I thirst for living water.
I need more, and more, and more.
