OVERVIEW

Thank you for considering Jet Gourmet as your choice for in-flight catering for Super
Bowl 50 in the San Francisco, Bay Area.
This document contains an overview of our operations plan for Super Bowl 50.
We ask that you please take a moment and carefully review this document, Thank
you.

OUR KTICHEN
The Jet Gourmet Kitchen is centrally located in the city of Oakland in the Oakland
Airport Business Park.
We are only 5 minutes away from OAK, 15 minutes from HWD and right in between
SJC & SFO with a 40-minute drive to either one traffic permitting.

OREDER GUIDLINES
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Due to the high demand for catering for Super Bowl departures we ask that you
please place your order as far in advanced as possible to ensure your catering order
is completed in a timely fashion as well as to ensure availability of requested items.
We will do our absolute best to accommodate all requests, but the increase in visitors
to the bay area will more than likely increase demand on all local businesses in the
bay area, therefore please send special requests accordingly to allow ample time
to complete them as they will take longer than usual. If you would like to keep things
simple, we recommend you utilize our Super Bowl menu to alleviate and minimize
any issues that could arise from specialty orders and shopping.

email for order confirmation and questions regarding your order.
Phones will have limited availability due to demand, we kindly ask that if you can,
please use online forms of communication to the best of your abilities.
Please note that a $40.00 Special Event Fee will Be charged per order to offset the
cost associated with executing catering for this event.

PAYMENT
Payment will be accepted by CREDIT CARD or FUEL BILL, please read carefully below
for payment instructions:
For Credit Card Payment, please be sure to provide the following information:
 First and Last Name as it appears on the Credit Card
 Billing Zip Code
 Security CVV Code of the credit card
 Email to where you would like the invoice and credit card receipt to be sent.
 PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT CARD INFO IT IS NOT SECURE, PLEASE CALL IN TO
PROVIDE PAYEMT INFO OR FAX TO (510)632-9123
 If any of the aforementioned information is not provided your order will not be
confirmed until all information is received.
For Fuel Bill:
 All Fuel Bill orders must have a primary identifier (tail number or trip number) to
be confirmed.

ORDER CUT OFF TIMES AND MENU SCALE DOWN






ASAP orders will be accepted only if capacity to execute them is available.
We highly recommend placing your order as far in advanced as possible as
ASAP order acceptance is not guaranteed and may not be available.
We will be scaling down to ONLY Super Bowl menu items on Wednesday,
February 3rd 2016 and will only accept orders containing those items until order
volume resumes to normal. Date and time is subject to change based upon
order volume.
We are bringing in plenty of extra staff for the big day and we are making
every effort to avoid suspending new orders, but If for whatever reason we
reach maximum bandwidth/capacity we will temporarily suspend new orders
until further notice in order to preserve the integrity of our existing orders. If this
occurs and email will be sent out immediately to all incoming orders.

SIMPLE CANCELATION POLICY



ROUTINE ORDERS (NO SPECIAL REQUESTS OR SHOPPING) MAY NOT BE
CANCELED PAST 11:00PM FEBRUARY 5th 2016 (2/5/16 - 23:00)
ANY REQUESTS THAT REQUIRE SHOPPING FOR ITEMS, SPECIAL FOODS AND OR
ALCOHOL TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 2/6/16 until 2/9/16 CANNOT BE
CANCELED AFTER 11:00PM FEBRUARY 3rd 2016 (2/3/16 - 23:00)

RESTAURANT PICK UP
We will pick up orders from customer specified restaurants per your request, however
we cannot guarantee repackaging or re-plating the food. Restaurant orders are
subject to a shopping fee depending on distance traveled for pick up. Please keep
in mind that restaurants will be packed on game day and orders may take more
time than usual. Please plan accordingly.

ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL & SHOPPING ITEMS
We will facilitate all alcohol and shopping requests to the best of our abilities. All
alcohol will be charged at our cost to you, sales tax inclusive with an additional
separate alcohol shopping fee added to your invoice. When ordering wine & beer,
please ask passengers for a few options just in case their first choice is unavailable.
