2. Work Completion. Completeness of work product shall be determined by the Project

Team and Consultant agrees to make all revisions, additions, deletions or alterations as
requested.

3. Relationship of the Parties. Consultant enters into this Agreement as an independent

contractor. All Services shall be performed by the Consultant, and only the Consultant.
Consultant may not share work or responsibility for the above listed Services unless otherwise
stated.

4. Protection of Confidential Information. Contractor agrees that at all times during or

subsequent to the performance of the Services, Contractor will keep confidential and not
divulge, communicate, or use Company Information, as provided and expressly agreed to in the
Non-Disclosure Agreement signed as of January 25, 2016.
5. Termination of Agreement. This Agreement is terminable by either party at any time,
with or without cause, effective upon notice to the other party.
