MUHLENBERG MUSIC FESTIVAL
Saturday, March 5, 2016
The Muhlenberg Music Association is preparing to hold the Annual Music Festival on Saturday, March 5th,
from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Muhlenberg High School. We invite all the parents, grandparents, community
members, and others to come out and enjoy this evening of celebration of music in our schools with
performers from grade 5-12th. This is our major fundraiser for the organization and as always, we appreciate
your patronage! This fundraiser cannot be a success without your help!
Dinner will be served from 3:30 to 6:00 pm in the cafeteria; while performances take place in the gymnasium
starting at 4pm (please see the full schedule on the back of this sheet). We are in need of parent help in
different positions for this event. A volunteer form is included. We especially need parents of CE Cole and
Middle school performers to work the event from 6pm-8:30pm so the parent volunteers of high school
students can see their children perform. If you are a two-parent family or have a helpful grandparent or friend,
consider driving two cars and having one parent stay and help with this great cause! It would be much
appreciated! Parents of older kids – we need you too!
Ticket Information:
1. The only way to get a meal is to pre-order using the enclosed form. Only baked goods and drinks will
be available for purchase on the night of the festival.
2. Each student performer that plans on eating a meal must purchase a meal ticket. If they are not eating,
they get in free of charge.
3. Tickets for a meal and entrance are $8 for adults/$4 for kids meal. If you do not wish to purchase a
meal but still want to watch your student perform, spectator-only tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for
children in grades 5-12. Children in grades 4 and under enter free of charge.
4. To order, please Mail the completed order form (enclosed) along with your payment to: Muhlenberg
Music Association P.O. Box 249 Temple, PA 19560. Please have payment in the form of a check or
money order made payable to “Muhlenberg Music Association.” All orders must be postmarked by
February 19th. Tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call desk in the high school lobby at the
Music Festival starting at 3:30pm.
5. Spectator tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door on the day of the event.
ABSOLUTELY NO MEAL TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR OR AFTER the
FEBRUARY 19th postmark deadline. NO TELEPHONE ORDERS!
Please remember this is a fundraiser that benefits your children and we truly appreciate your support! If you

THE MENU WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING CHOICES:
Adult Meal - $8.00 (includes entrance to the event)
6” Redner’s Hoagie: Choice of Turkey & Cheese, Ham & Cheese, or Italian & Cheese
Plus choice of one side: Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad or Potato Chips and a Drink
Kids Meal (ages 12 and under) - $4.00 (includes entrance to the event)
One Smuckers Uncrustable PB&J Sandwich, Potato Chips, Applesauce, and a Drink.
Take out orders will be available for those who purchased meal tickets!
RAFFLE TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR FOR $1.00 OR 7 TICKETS FOR $5.00.
