Menstruation is the part of a woman’s life. But, painful menstrual brings a very

Menstrual cycle pains are due to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin
which causes the uterine physique to contract during menstruation.
Cramping can cause a dull or throbbing pain in the lower abdomen, and emit pain
to the lower back and thighs. Cramps generally subside after the first or second
day of the period. Some women feel cramps just before the onset of their cycle.

Then add a little honey and lemon juice. Drink this tea three times in
a day during periods.
 You can also add ginger to your favorite meal or can suck ginger
candies.
 Cinnamon:
It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that relieve menstrual
pain. Cinnamon is also an excellent source of dietary fiber, iron, calcium,
and manganese.
 Make a tea with cinnamon powder in one cup of hot water. Drink
two or three cups of this tea by adding honey to it. Drink these one
or two days before starting periods.
