NOTICE OF FILING OF LIST OF DESIGNATED CLOSING STORE LOCATIONS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the Debtors’ Emergency Motion for
Interim and Final Orders (A) Authorizing the Debtors to Assume Closing Store Agreement;
(B) Authorizing and Approving Closing Sales Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and
Encumbrances; (C) Authorizing the Implementation of Customary Employee Bonus Program
and Payments to Non-Insiders Thereunder; (D) Approving Dispute Resolution Procedures; and
(E) Approving the Debtors’ Store Closing Plan [Docket No. 15] (the “Motion”) 2 and the
proposed sale guidelines (the “Sale Guidelines”) attached thereto as Exhibit C, the abovecaptioned debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) hereby file a list (the
“Store Closing Locations List”), annexed hereto as Exhibit 1, of store locations designated by the
Debtors as Closing Stores at which the Debtors seek authority to conduct Closing Sales pursuant
to the relief requested in the Motion.
