Reason for choosing the group name is: The term Software Dragons means the fusion of skilled diverse
programmers and testers joining forces to burn the bugs out of codes and provide solutions for the
software to be as perfect and strong as a dragon, hence the name Software Dragons. We as a group are
a fusion of different cultures, backgrounds, skills, thoughts and views, and we all will work together as a
group, combining these brilliant characteristics in building a more creative and more efficient project.

Positives and Negatives that might be faced in a group project:
Positives:
1. Shalvin Prasad – good communication, able to come up with new ideas in a group and be more
productive when working in a team.
2. FiniIuni- good communication skills, team player.
3. Haroon Khan– team player, organization skills, time management and morning person.
4. Anish Karan – Work load will be minimized due to sharing of work amongst members, socializing skills
will improve and more professional work is done when working in groups.
Negatives:
1. Fini Iuni – Time management and presentation skills.
2. Haroon Khan – Presentation skills and documentation.
3. Anish Karan – Low expectations on team goals. Members might not show up for group meetings.
Members might not do their share of work on time.

4. Shalvin Prasad – Poor time management and organization skills.
Expectations:
1. Anish Karan – I expect my team to be honest in all aspects of the project duration. If they have
difficulty in some areas they should let me know and I will be able to help them sooner.
2. Shalvin Prasad – expect my group to excel, share work equally among all members and hope that
everyone works honestly.
3. FiniIuni – work will be done on time, improve on my negatives, to be the best group, each individual
member should do their work and to have fun working together.
4. Haroon Khan – proper time management, work distributed evenly, interaction, freedom of speech
and friendly environment.
