The modern world is full of health hazards. Let us start with the environment. It is not as clean as
before. The air is not as pure back when our grandparents were still young. The water is not as
fresh as it was half a century ago. And the different kinds of pollution is apparent, just by taking a
deep breath outside, you would be able to smell what we are talking about. If you live in a place

Pollution is not the only problem, so is our unhealthy lifestyle. The food that we eat is not that fresh
anymore. The animals that we slaughter for meat, along with the plants that we harvest, are
exposed to different types of chemicals, pesticides, and special feeds which make them grow fat
or bigger through artificial means. Fast food, processed foods, and canned meat are abundant, all
drenched in unhealthy preservatives. Finally, its not just food that put us in this unhealthy
predicament, but so do our busy work schedules that dont allow us to take a day off, and have
time for any healthy physical activity.
Ways To Stay Healthy
All is not lost, though. There are different ways to stay fit and healthy. We understand that it is not
as easy as we would want it to be but with perseverance and some effort, achieving a healthy
lifestyle and developing good habits is not impossible.
1.Eat healthy. Fast food and processed meat are not the only food options available. There are a
lot of organic products nowadays, and you can make the extra effort to visit the nearest farmers
market in order to make sure that you get fresh ingredients. With the food that you cook using
these healthy ingredients, you will be on track to staying healthy in no time.
2.Exercise. How many times have our parents told us that exercising should be a regular habit.
Well, lucky for us today, there are already different exercise programs available, like the Mi40x
