mixtape, "Oya Jo"
Dallas, Texas - Sharon Oyedeji-Adeyileka better known as DJ Sherry Shay has quickly
risen to become one of the most sought after DJ's both in the US and abroad. A native of
Nigeria hailing from the Yoruba tribe, Sherry Shay resides in Dallas, TX. The DJ has
mastered the art of managing an active and demanding schedule which includes event
hosting and appearances among other activities. No stranger to hard work, Sherry Shay
currently maintains weekly deejay club residences and appearances in both Dallas &
Houston. In addition to this, the popular music talent does several guest DJ appearances
in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles & Atlanta among several other cities.
Sherry Shay's latest mixtape "Oya Jo" represents her fifth release. This music
release showcases and celebrates the eclectic sounds and rich culture of Africa. The
highly anticipated mixtape features new music from artists such as Patoranking,
Wande Coal, Orezi, Davido, Olamide, WizKid and many more.
"With this particular mix tape, I wanted to feature the singles that I feel represent the
energetic and lively spirit of Africa. I chose songs with upbeat tempos that showcase
this, and I am very happy with the final result and I know that African music lovers
