Crash Pad Agreement
Parties. This agreement is between Richard N. Wang (Owner) and _____________(Customer)
Occupancy. This crash pad vacancy will be occupied only by YOU during the term of this
Term. The term of this agreement begins on the ____day of the calendar month, which is the date
you move in and when payment is received.
The agreement will renew automatically monthly but renewal will terminate when either party
gives at least 15 days notice. Any monthly payment already received may be prorated and
returned at the discretion of the Owner.
If there has been a breach or violation of this agreement, The Owner may terminate this agreement
Access. The crash pad will be accessed by way of a lock box with a front door key and, if
available, with a room key in rooms with doors. Any lock box combination changes will be
communicated to you by way of email, telephone or voicemail if you are in good standing.
Monthly Payment. You will pay ____ per month on the ____day of the month you occupy the
crash pad. A $25 a day late fee will be assessed if payment is not paid by this date.
Valuables. The Owner will not be responsible for loss or theft of any valuables or personal
property you choose to store in the crash pad.
Conflict Resolution. The Owner assumes no responsibility for the resolution of conflict between
customers. However, recognizing the nature of shared living arrangements, every effort will be
made to relocate the customer to an alternate location if the customer so requests.
Liabilities. The Owner assumes no responsibility for the personal security of its customers, or the
loss of personal belongings, as the customer assumes all the normal liabilities associated with a
shared living arrangement.
Conduct. All conduct and activity in the crew house will be lawful, respectful of others, and will
adhere to the Owner's House Policy.
10. Legal Residency The customer agrees that the crash pad is not their legal residency and will not
make any claims that it is.
