Basically before she (Demi) calls you:
She will have received a box of 12 packets of her favourite food, dried mango, with an easily
decipherable note with plain writing and writing in invisible ink, and a UV light in the box as well for
her to read the invisible writing. The invisible writing is for an email address
therealdeminguyen@gmail.com which she will email. In reply, I will send messages back detailing
that she is communicating herself trapped in a time bubble and needing help. Needing her first off,
to retrieve a lost envelope from the BCC Lost and Found center at 266 George St the city (an
envelope I will have handed to a bus driver as lost property). That envelope will also have written on
dDMco&partners and contain a card for the cycle2city center at Roma Street giving her access to
one of their lockers. The locker will contain a key and pass codes and nothing more. She will need to
email back again to find out that (via some light riddle) that the key is to a storage box at Kennards
Storage facility in Fortitude Valley. In that storage box will be a key holder, with blank key, and a
riddle that should direct her to the center of the circle map at the gasworks, and underneath one
engravings on the steps is an identical blank key super-glued as inconspicuously as possible. The
whole clue is meant to direct her to actually use the UV light on a stick on the back of the key holder.
Which will be the phone number of the phone you will get, minus the last digit. Leaving off the last
digit is meant to discourage her from resorting to text messages.
If you cannot answer the phone when it rings, call back, there will be some credit on the phone. Or
even call from your own phone.
You will introduce yourself as Bella, just Bella, not Isabella (because Facebook), a representative of
dDMco&partners, a company that identifies people trapped in dreams that helps them to wake up.
First thing to say after explaining this is, “Don’t panic! Don’t do anything rash! Go about your normal
routine!” And then, “Do you have a towel? Make sure you have a towel with you at all times from
now on!”
She has been trapped in a dream for three days now, but her sense of time may differ, your
company hasn’t identified the exact cause, but sometimes it can happen due to illness, strong
cosmic radiation, bad reactions to sleeping pills or arparps. If she asks what arparps are…be very
vague and try to avoid the question. Like you don’t want to discuss arparps, the same way Doctor
Who might not want to talk about something bad that can hear itself being spoken about.
Tell her again, to not panic, and that a representative of the company will meet her in person soon.
Inserting into someone’s dream is not a simple matter, and so we cannot tell you where or when,
but this person will recognize you and approach you.
Ask her if she has any more questions. Stay in character, if you feel safe to improvise some answers,
do so, but if unsure, be vague and evasive, return to previous points and try to simply reiterate past
information you have given her.
FAQ:
What does dDMco & partners stand for?
Demi’s Dried Mango company and partners.
Why the treasure hunt?
All the steps of the treasure hunt were ‘motivators’. They are a necessary psychological sequence of
steps that the dreamer needs to be willing to solve in order for them to be receptive to being told
that they are dreaming and for the treatment for waking them up to work. You cannot discuss the
treatment! Discussing it could undermine the treatment itself.
