Hi Amir,

Again, all you needed to do was follow very simple instructions. However, like I said in my previous
email, at this point you will not have any issues entering Canada. Ms. Djuric seems to have let the issue
go for now. Again, I urge you to not contact her or anyone she knows from this point forward to
maintain your status of being able to enter Canada.

Regards,

Dear Mr. policeman Ross,
while waiting for reply i made some contact to the follow organizations which can be seen below
in search for some answers about my Canada entering. I also understand why took a district 4
officer 9 days to reply. There is a quite big criminal activities in Vancouver this year special in
Surrey neighborhood so probably the desk of police officers is full of projects. So sad my case is
one of them, but let's get to the point...
I tried with this institutions with no feedback or some useful information:
-CBSA-Canada Border Services Agency - They gave me a useless link from Immigration,
Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

-VPD-Vancouver Police Department (today i saw mail in my inbox)
-Slo Embassy Ottawa (No feedback so far)
-Consular of Canada in Ljubljana, Slovenia (by phone they told me if i can get eTA(Electronic
Travel Authorization) thru WEB then probably i have right to enter Canada
I will still write few emails and made few phone calls to those above, because i still can not
believe that after few sent emails where needer one time the sex-violence word was mentioned i
got a lifetime ban to Canada. I'm not a law expert needer a criminal person but it is really weird.
With the hope to get some reply i'm wishing you all best from Europe.
Best Regards
Amir

Hi Amir,
The easiest thing for you to have done was not contact Ms. Djuric when I told
you not to. I do not understand how it was difficult for you to follow
instructions. Fortunately for you, she has not gotten back to me so my file
is not complete yet. However, upon completion of my file a warrant would be
issued for your arrest and there would be a strong possibility of you going
to jail when you try to enter Canada.
I highly recommend you do not even consider contacting Ms. Djuric or anyone
that she knows because at this point, she seems to have let the issue go.

Dear Mr. Ross,
my name in Amir and i'm from Slovenia. Last year i was visiting my relative
in Canada and few months later i had some problems with Mrs.
Djuric, because i wrote few emails what was considered as i sexual
harassment.
I was wondering if you could give me answer about my current status about
entering Canada in this summer. We don't have embassy in Canada i thought
that VPD could give me some info.
-In case of closed door for Canada how many years should i wait for another
crossing the border. Would it helped if Mrs. Djuric withdraw her VPD report
or do some other step towards entering Canada. Summers are great in Canada
and more the July is closer the more i feel like i should return to Canada.
Of course i don't wont to have any problems entering thru airport. Maybe some
useful law link, tip, trick or hint would be a big help.
Thank you in advanced.
Amir
