Born from the managerial intuition of the founder, Enrico Giotti, and further grown and developed around his family, since ever
present in the Company and nowadays at the third generation, Enrico Giotti S.p.A. is the archetype of that industrial culture, all

The first production plant, in Via
Rosolino Pilo, with modern
equipment and technological
machinery. Now Enrico Giotti
Company has started at an
industrial level, not only in the field
of flavours for liqueurs and soft
drinks, but also introducing a wide
range of flavours for the
confectionery industry.

1928-1948

1971

A 30 year old young craftsman is
running a bar in the heart of
Florence, and, already in that period,
as a hobby and passion, in the backshop is preparing herbs extracts and
infusions, dreaming something for
the future that will become reality.
After the Second World War
American soft-drinks inspired the
development of citrus flavour
emulsions (Orange, Lemon,
Mandarin), as well as extract and
soluble flavours for soft-drinks.

The construction of a
modern plant begun in
Badia a Settimo, in the
outskirts of Florence.
