NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A
PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This Sweepstakes is intended for participation in the United States only. Do not enter if you have
accessed this website from outside the United States.
ELIGIBILITY. The “#OneHouseWiser Sweepstakes” is only open to permanent legal residents of the 50
United States (excluding NY and FL) who, as of the entry date, are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Sweepstakes is void outside the eligible Sweepstakes territory and where prohibited or restricted by
law. Employees, officers and directors of U.S. Bank National Association (“Sponsor”) and their parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families
(defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members
of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not
eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is
intended for viewing only within the eligible sweepstakes territory, and entrants must be present in the
eligible Sweepstakes territory at the time they enter.
TIMING. The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 14 and ends at
11:59 p.m. CT on July 5. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Entrants are solely responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in their respective
jurisdictions.
SWEEPSTAKES OBJECTIVE. The objective is to write your best homebuying tip and submit it on Twitter,
Instagram or via the Sweepstakes web page. You may share a photo with the tip but it is not required.
HOW TO ENTER. You may enter the Sweepstakes as follows:
1. TO ENTER VIA INSTAGRAM: Post your tip that follows the sweepstakes objective mentioned within
these Official Rules, and include the hashtag #OneHouseWiser within the tip. Your Instagram account
must
be
set
to public visibility
in
order
to
follow this entry
method.
OR
2. TO ENTER VIA TWITTER: Tweet your written message that follows the sweepstakes objective
mentioned within these Official Rules using the hashtag #OneHouseWiser. Your Twitter account must be
set to public visibility in order to follow this entry method. You may include a photo but it is not
required.
3. TO ENTER VIA WEB FORM: During the Entry Period, go http://offerpop.com/hashtag/gallery/21640
and follow the instructions for online entry. Completely fill out the online entry form, along with your
written message that follows the objective mentioned in these official rules, and submit it in accordance
with the on-screen instructions. All online entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period.
You may include a photo with your entry but it is not required.

4. TO ENTER VIA U.S. MAIL: During the Entry Period, hand print your full name, complete home address,
day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper and send
it along with your best homebuying tip, as per the sweepstakes objective, by United States mail in a
sealed envelope no larger than 9 1/2" x 4 1/4" (a #10 envelope) with correct postage to “U.S. Bank
OneHouseWiser Sweepstakes - Entry” c/o U.S. Bank Social Media Team, 200 S. 6th Street, EP-MN-L28E,
Minneapolis, MN 55402. All mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. No
facsimiles, photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Use of any automated system to
submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
NOTE FOR ONLINE ENTRANTS: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the
owner of the online account or email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The
owner is defined as the natural person associated with the online account or email address as registered
with a social media provider, or any other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address. Submitting mass entries or entries generated by a
script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited and will result in disqualification. See the
section below (“Data Collection”) regarding data collected online in connection with an entrant's entry.
If entering by Instagram or Twitter, you must keep your profile public during the Sweepstakes Entry
Period.
All elements (i.e., Photo, caption, tweet, form text and/or hashtag #OneHouseWiser) of your entry
(regardless of method of entry) are collectively referred to herein as “The Entry.”
FOR ALL ENTRIES: LIMIT: One (1) entry per person (regardless of method of entry) or address (physical
or email) in the Sweepstakes. All entries, regardless of method of entry, must be received by Sponsor
during the Entry Period (or during such certain dates and times within the Entry Period as expressly
specified above).
Once you submit your Entry, your submission is considered final and may not be modified. All Entries
become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned, acknowledged and will not be received or held in
confidence.
All entrants and entries are subject to verification prior to the awarding of a prize, as are the eligibility,
age and other claims of/information provided by a potential prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to
conduct a background check on any or all entrants, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any
individual based on such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a
prize to any such individual might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of its Sweepstakes partners.
Entrants will cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives in connection with any and all verification
and background check activities, including, without limitation, by executing and delivering to Sponsor or
its designee by the time indicated by Sponsor or its designee any verification and background check
authorization forms required by Sponsor or its designee.
All Entries must be submitted in English. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete,
misdirected (whether human or technical error), garbled, undelivered, delayed, and/or illegible entries,
or any combination thereof. Use of automated processes and devices to submit electronic entries are
not permitted. Any Entry that does not meet the Entry guidelines below and/or conform to the

requirements as stated above and on the Website registration form, will be disqualified from the
sweepstakes.
SOCIAL MEDIA ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries must comply with the following content guidelines to be
eligible, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion:
a) Entry must be original and not copied, in whole or part, from any other source;
b) Entry must adhere to sweepstakes theme;
b) Entry must not violate the rights of any third party;
c) Entry must not be derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender or religious group, be profane or
pornographic, or contain nudity;
d) Entry must not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about the Sponsor, other
companies, people, sports teams or athletes;
e) Entry must not espouse or promote any cause or concern other than the sweepstakes theme;
f) Entry must not depict or promote illegal activity or in itself be in violation of any law;
g) Entry may not depict or otherwise identify a minor unless a parent or legal guardian is the
Sweepstakesant.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion and
is under no obligation to disclose why an Entry has been disqualified other than the Entry was ineligible
under these Official Rules.
It is not required to submit a photo with your entry. If you do submit a photo, it must be of a picture
taken by you and/or approved by you, original, not copied from any other work and not infringing upon
the rights of any third party. To the extent the Photo was created by a third party (“Third Party
Participant”), you own all rights, title and interest to said Photo which is part of your Entry to enable you
to grant the rights granted herein. Each Entry must not have been previously published and must not
infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or
other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned
by the Sweepstakesant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the Sweepstakesant is
responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary
to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from
any Sweepstakesant at any time, if applicable. By submitting Entry: 1) Sweepstakesant warrants and
represents that he/she consents to the submission and use of the Entry as stated herein; 2) agree that
Sponsor has no obligation to post or publish a Sweepstakesant’s Entry, and all such postings or
publication, if any, will be in Sponsor’s sole discretion; and 3) that the posting or publication of an Entry
does not guarantee the Entry will be selected as a winner.
GRANTS OF RIGHTS: By entering the Sweepstakes, you, on behalf of yourself and any Third Party
Participant(s), grant the Sponsor and any organizations affiliated with the fulfillment, administration,
advertisement or promotion of this Sweepstakes, the perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to
publish, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast,
televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world the Entry
in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any
purpose, including, but not limited to, on the Sponsor’s websites, social media, or any other advertising
or promotion of Sweepstakes without compensation or notification to, or permission from, Entrant or
any third party and hereby waives any moral rights in the Entry.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant
fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of
Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants
and the winner, and the awarding of the prize), which are final and binding in all respects.
DRAWING; ODDS; NOTIFICATION. On or before July 7, 2016, Sponsor will randomly select 10 potential
winners from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor through all methods of entry. Odds of
winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes. The
entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is
contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified via the entry method:
Instagram, Twitter, or email (for entrants using the online form). If the potential winner participated via
Instagram, @usbank will either direct message or post a comment on his/her submission. If the
potential winner participated via Twitter, he/she will be notified via a direct message from @usbank. If
the potential winner participated via online form, he/she will be notified by email.
The potential winner may be required to execute and return to Sponsor a notarized Affidavit of
Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release (an
“Affidavit/Release”) in the form(s) provided by Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize. The
Affidavit/Release must be returned to Sponsor by the date and/or time indicated within the
Affidavit/Release. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of the first
attempt to contact him/her, or if the potential winner fails to return the Affidavit/Release within the
specified time, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner
is found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the
potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by Sponsor in his/her place at
random from among all eligible non-winning entries received by Sponsor for the Sweepstakes. In such
event, an alternate potential prize winner will be notified as described above and will be required to
return the required documents to Sponsor as described above; provided, however, that due to the
travel necessary to claim of the prize, Sponsor may alter the above timing to meet its Sweepstakes
schedule and may be unable to award the prize in this Sweepstakes.
PRIZE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, 10 prizes will be awarded in this
Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a prize is five hundred dollars ($500.00), and the
aggregate ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $5000. Each winner will receive one
Rewards Visa gift card in the amount of $500.
Rewards cards are subject to issuer’s terms and conditions. No substitution or cash redemption of prize
will be given, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable. Federal, state, and local
taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the
winner. All prizes that are properly claimed will be awarded. All prize details not specified in these
Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for and winner
will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of the prizes at the time of award and
the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials.
Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prizes or prize element. If winner does not accept
or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will
have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible
for any inability of winner to accept or use the prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute the stated prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof
of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, prize unavailability. No more than
the number of prizes specified in this Section 5 will be awarded for any reason.

PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s
consent to Sponsor’s (and its designees’, successors’ and assigns’) use of winner’s name, biography,
likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state and country for promotional
purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and
without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or
suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic
or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable
control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) in its sole
discretion to award prizes at random from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time
of suspected impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it
finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in
violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any
person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes
is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right
to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that
provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.
RELEASE. By entering, each entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its
parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion
agencies, affiliates, Sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective employees,
officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in
whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes
and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of
entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete,
misdirected or postage due entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels,
all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the
malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server
provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or
service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e) printing,
typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the
Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including
but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part,
from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material
from Sponsor’s website(s) regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party,
and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s websites or by a hypertext link.
DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in federal or state courts located in Minneapolis,
Minnesota; entrant submits to the sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of
Minnesota for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction;

(b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred,
including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under
no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to
claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual outof-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues
and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be
governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving
effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Minnesota, the
United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.
DATA COLLECTION. Entrants provide personal information to Sponsor and its designees (including the
Sweepstakes application provider, if applicable) when they enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its
designees collect this information and use it to (a) administer this Sweepstakes and (b) for market
research and for other marketing purposes. Sponsor and its designees may share this information with
third parties who need access to this information to perform services on Sponsor’s behalf. Sponsor may
also share this information with select marketing partners, who may use it to contact you with
information and offers they believe will be of interest to you. For more information about the ways
Sponsor uses and shares personal information collected online through its website, please see the
Privacy Policy of Sponsor located at usbank.com/privacy. In the event of any conflict between the
Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.
