To our new office in Warsaw we are looking for the position of
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategy of oil products trading for Polish market;
Maintain continuous & regular contacts with producers, suppliers, traders, terminal/storage
operators and service providers;
Establish & sustain strong relationships with relevant industries parties and counterparties in
Poland and abroad to develop business opportunities within the oil products trading;
Negotiate oil products supply contracts within limits of authority and optimize purchases and
trades around company assets;
Negotiate and conclude market transactions on a spot/term basis according to company
Manage logistics & distribution of oil products. Instruct and advise logistics personnel
concerning details about oil acquired (volume, timing and least/most reliable mode of
transportation). Assist operators in scheduling oil deliveries.
Interact with relevant departments in AOT Group involved in the trading/risk activity;
Evaluate structured transactions in accordance with risk management policies,
Execute hedging strategies and develop analytical reports to assist in making hedging
decisions. Support trading strategies by using fundamental model analysis or trades with
reputable counterparties that are back to back in nature.
Minimum of 5 + years of job related experience required and deep knowledge of refinery
feedstock and oil components market
Good communicative and negotiating skills
Strong relationship building skills
Highly numerate analytical, commercial and performance driven.
Fluent Polish, English and Russian
Able to work successfully as part of an integral member of a global team
Possess strong team work and relationship building qualities
Strong track record of counterparty interface and developing new relationships
