Contest Name: #RunForHappiness contest
Participating in the contest:
1. This contest will be held on 1st June 2016

2. The participant is to follow @mobiefit on Twitter to be eligible to win the
contest.

3. Prize would be a JBL speaker from PNB MetLife. One lucky winner will be
chosen.

4. Participant should be 18 years old or above

5. It is necessary for the participant to tag @mobiefit and use

#GlobalRunningDay & #RunForHappiness while submitting their entries

6. The contest period can be extended, modified or cancelled at any time at the
discretion of PNB MetLife. Prizes and winnings may also be changed and

cancelled at any time at the discretion of PNB MetLife. Participants are not

entitled to make any claim on PNB MetLife or challenge PNB MetLife in this
regard

7. Selection of the winner is fully on the discretion of PNB MetLife
8. Winner will be informed through DM on Twitter

9. Any participant that is related to PNB MetLife or Social Kinnect in any way,
shall not be selected as a winner

10. The prize for the contest will be given at the end of the whole activity

11. The winner has to reply on the notification of winning within 72 hrs. Should

this response, for no matter what reason, not be received, another winner will

be appointed as substitution and the first mentioned winner shall not be
entitled to make any claim whatsoever on PNB MetLife

12. Fake profiles will be disqualified

13. Should the winner have transmitted incorrect information which makes

contact to said winner impossible, the latter forfeits all and any prize won

14. This contest is valid only for Indian nationals

15. Anybody trying to demean another person or the name of our brand, or
submit any objectionable content, will be disqualified. And any such
tweet/entry will be deleted.

16. Acceptance of the terms and conditions, implies that the user / participant
hereby gives PNB MetLife the permission to use the entries for brand
promotions in any manner PNB MetLife deems fit

17. Participation in the mobiefit #RunForHappiness contest implies acceptance of
all the terms and conditions

18. The gratification will be at PNB MetLife’s discretion only
19. Participation in this contest is voluntary
