Virtual Show Rules & Requirements

Due to weather restrictions, we will hold a virtual show.
Exhibitors take a photograph of their show birds, preferably to
show them to the best of their breed standard, and submit them
for competition. Each photograph entered is $1.
Hard copies of photographs can be mailed to:

Rules & Regulations

All photographs (digital or physical) must arrive to
Michelle by Wednesday, June 22nd to be entered in the
competition.
All photographs must be of birds from 2015 or newer.
All photographs must be of your own birds and you (or
a friend) must have taken the photo.
NO photos of past winners (ie: Ohio National, Poultry
Press pictures) can be entered, sorry.
Each entry is $1. Entry fees will either be (a) mailed to
Michelle by entry deadline, (b) paid at the June 26th
meeting. Cash entries preferred (it makes the payout
awards easier). Checks to: Michelle Boyer-Kelly.

ALL photos, regardless of placing, will be uploaded to
the club blog and Facebook pages – your name will be
associated with your bird/photo unless you want to have
an “anonymous” photo. Physical photos will be
returned, if desired, by mail to exhibitors after they are
uploaded online.
There are 4 categories for competition: Large Fowl,
Bantam Fowl, Waterfowl, and Pigeons.
Turkeys, Pheasants, and other ornamental fowl are
considered “large fowl.”
Please fill out the ENTRY FORM attached to this
newsletter and mail it in or email it when you submit
your photos.
Awards
The following birds will receive certificates:
o Champion & Reserve Pigeon
o Champion & Reserve Bantam
o Champion & Reserve Large Fowl
o Champion & Reserve Waterfowl
o Champion & Reserve Jr. Overall Photo
The following birds will receive a certificate AND a
cash payout:
o Overall Show Champion, 30% of all entry fees
paid to the show.
o Overall Show Reserve, 20% of all entry fees
paid to the show.
o The remaining 50% of entry fees will go
directly to the Club to support future shows.
