In the video, I demonstrate a calisthenics progression for Dragon flag, a
technical, difficult, and cool looking movement credited to Bruce Lee. Rocky
Balboa also used the Dragon flag as part of training for his fight with Ivan Drago
in Rocky IV. Dragon flag works most (if not all) of the torso, as well as the hips
and glutes. In my opinion, the Dragon flag most difficult bodyweight training
exercise for the abdominals that I can think of. Take your midsection training
routines to the next level with Dragon flags! List of exercises in the video, in
order of performance - seated knee tucks, flat knee raises, flat bent leg raises,
flat frog raises, flat straight leg raises, shoulderstand squat to shoulderstand and
slow dragon flag negative, kick up to shoulderstand and slow dragon flag
negative, bent leg dragon flag with slow dragon flag negative, dragon flag with
slow negative and short isometric hold.
