Aluzen

System features
Aluminum system to create swing gates or sliding entrance gates for estates, enabling the execution of
fencing with the same appearance.
Product implemented in accordance with the European standard EN 13241-1 General regulations of performance and safety.
The Aluzen system combines the concepts of quality, durability and elegance, possessing a range of easy fit accessories
enabling simplified maintenance.
The gate models are compatible with the classic automatic controls for swing gates or sliding gates.

Aluminium Profiles
The aluminum profiles are extruded in aluminum alloy 6060 for the architecture according to the NP EN 12020-02.
The aluminum profiles that make up the Aluzen system are lacquered by the quality seal Qualicoat, including Seaside
class (Equivalent Qualimarine), or anodised meeting the requirements of quality seal Qualanod

Swing Gates
Section of the main profiles is 50 mm with an average thickness of 2.5 mm.
Possibility of implementing the gate 1 or 2 leaves of inner or outer opening with anti-entrapment system.
There are several types of infill panels from 9 mm to 20 mm.
Union of joints are made using special screws opening direct thread with anti-corrosion treatment.
The union is reinforced with aluminum chocks.
Pivot top hinge is injected aluminum with shaft of 20 mm in stainless steel allowing millimetric adjustment in 3 axes.
Pivot bottom hinge is aluminum injected with shaft 20 mm allowing lateral adjustments.
Pivot assembly in Copper-Aluminum, shaft 12 mm with multi-regulation.
Hinges 2 leaves or 3 leaves with internal reinforcement plates enabling aluminum refining in the 3 axis .

Sliding Gate
Section of the main profiles is 50 mm with an average thickness of 2.5 mm.
Possibility of manufacture with several panel types 9 mm - 20 mm.
Union of frame is made by special bolts opening direct thread and
anti-corrosion treatment. The union is reinforced with aluminum chocks.
Channel with self-adjustable support to adjust the rollers vertically.
Lock with snap hook.

Rail track in galvanised steel 3 or 6 meters.

Fence and Railings
Section of the main profiles is 50 mm with an average thickness of 2.5 mm.
Identical profiles as per gates.
Coupling collars connected by special bolts opening direct thread and
anti-corrosion treatment.
