Handbags & Accessories Assistant
Full Time – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm with occasional Saturdays
Holiday – 22 days per annum plus bank holidays

Xupes.com is an online shopping destination for luxury watches, handbags, jewellery, antiques and art. Founded in 2009 we
have built up a considerable reputation as a reliable, efficient and friendly online boutique. Xupes has been built on the key
principles of honesty, integrity, and the highest levels of customer service.
Since it’s creation in April 2015, the Handbag department has become a key part of the business and has seen rapid growth
in its first year. The department specialises in pre-owned luxury leather goods from world-renowned brands such as Chanel,
Hermes and Louis Vuitton. Due to recent expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and confident person to join our highly
creative and ambitious team. We are looking for someone with similar qualities who can think big and grow their future with
us. As a rapidly growing business, job progression is a real opportunity as our team expands. We also offer lots of perks to

The role will involve assisting the department head in the co-ordination of our various sales platforms, enquiry management
and front of house sales. In addition, there will be stock control and listing responsibilities, as well as administrative tasks
involving dispatch, data control and multimedia.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling client enquiries and sales both via telephone, email.
Co-ordination of photography, listings, descriptions and other media.
Co-ordination of invoicing, postage and all other areas concerning the dispatch of sold items.
Meeting with clients face-to-face in our showroom
Maintaining the highest levels of presentation on Xupes.com and developing ways and means to improve this.
Co-ordination of department stock levels.
Desired Skills & Experience
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Keen interest in fashion and a good knowledge of luxury accessories.
Capable of working well as part of a team with the ability to work independently, managing multiple projects.
Good presentation for front–of-house responsibilities.
Experience using social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
Specific knowledge of the brands and models we sell will be an added benefit.
