Anti-Corrosion Steel pipe
Anti-corrosion coating steel pipes, through the preservative process, is to prevent
steel pipes from corroding or to slow down the corrosion in the chemical or electro
chemical reaction during the transportation and application. According to China’s
statistical data, our domestic economical loss resulting from pipes corrosion is over
280 billion every year, and the annual global loss of pipes corrosion reaches 500
billion. The anti-corrosion coating pipes can stop and retard the erosion effectively,
so the technique is widely used in the industry.

◆IPN 8710
Consist of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin, pigments, additives,
and solvents. The coating is specialized in the anti-corrosion surface of the
equipment contact by food and drinking water, water transportation and
distribution pipes, and the drinking water tank.
This paint is a kind of interpenetrating network polymer, which can be aggregated
at room temperature, complementing each other. With the character of non-toxic
coating, high solids, and low viscosity, this new type anticorrosive paint has a
capability of strong adhesion, high strength, abrasion resistance, hydrolyzation
resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance and weather resistance. Moreover,
it has a few requirement of rust removal on the steel surface, and the temperature
may be in the range of -20 to 120℃.

◆BE Epoxy Powder
BE epoxy powder anticorrosive coating is to spread epoxy powder on the surface of
steel pipes to form a protection film at a time by using the electrostatic paint
spraying technique. The coating has advantages of simple coating operation, clean,
good impact resistance, bending properties, and temperature resistance.
Standard: AWWA C210; SY/T0315-2005, QCNPC 38-2002, QSY-XQ9-2003 etc.

The PE corrosive structure: the inside layer epoxy power (FBE>100um), the middle
adhesive (AD 170~250um), and the outside layer polyethylene (PE 2.5~3.7mm).
The three materials integrated well and attached firmly to the steel pipe so as to
form a strong anti-corrosive coating. Outside diameter is at a range of Φ60~Φ

◆ Coal Tar Epoxy Coating
i. Consist of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, anti-rust pigments, additives and modified
amine from. The coating has advantages of rapid drying, strong adhesion, good
flexibility, and easy two-component packaging, and easy construction. It can also
resist acid, alkali, salt, water, oil and etc.
ii.Combined characteristics of epoxy resin’s high mechanical strength, strong
adhesive force, and chemical resistance characteristics with that of bitumen’s water

erosion, anti-microbial, and plant roots resistance, the coal tar epoxy has a high
performance on anti-corrosion insulation, as well as a good resistance of chemistry
and water.
iii.The coal tar epoxy coating can be applied to the corrosion of both pipelines of oil,
gas and water, and the equipment of water, gas, pipelines, refineries, chemical
plants, sewage treatment in the factory, also be widely used on the offshore oil
drilling platforms, underwater portion of the ship, mine and underground

◆Cement Mortar Lining Coating
