Makin’ Out Ranked Among
Top Three
Windhorse BredTM filly, Makin’ Out (left),
did amazing at the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga
Preferred Sale. She is a first foal out of
our stakes winning mare Mischief Maker,
and she’s also among the first crop of
Flat Out foals. She was the second highest
priced Flat Out yearling that sold, and the
third highest priced yearling overall out
of an unproven sire. We couldn’t be more
proud of our gorgeous girl and we can’t
wait to see what the future holds for her!
Congratulations again to the Mischief
Maker partners!

Employee of the Week
Our Employee of the Week is Melissa
Stewart. In April 2016 Melissa joined the
Windhorse Team. Melissa grew up right
here in Middleburgh, and lives on her
family hobby farm where she takes care
of a calf, horses, goats, chickens, pigs,
and other animals. Her love and
dedication to all animals makes Melissa a
perfect fit for Cotton hill Farm. Melissa is
always cheerful and we love having her
working with us at the farm. Melissa is
engaged to be married, and enjoys
sewing in her free time.
