Taking the screenshot in Microsoft Windows
You can save the dynamic entity of screen or can face the problem in the system.
You have the option to take the screenshot of the present display. It is not in fact
far. You can do it just by the stroke of the key. For taking the screenshot of the
complete screen, you will have to follow the steps. You can take the screenshot
for the specific Window or any particular chamber of display in case you want.
Taking the complete screenshot- First of all, you will have to press Print Screen key
on keyboard. By this, the complete image of the entire screen will be captured
and further copied to the clip board. The image dimensions have the same area
as the desktop resolution.
 The print screen button on the system is labeled as PrtScn, PrntScrn, or
Print Scr. In many desktops, you will trace this particular button between
F12 and scroll lock. On the laptop keyboards, you will have to press
Function Key for accessing the print screen.
 An important thing to note is that you will not get any conformation after
the taking of the screenshot. In case of some questions in this matter, feel
free to go for Microsoft Windows Support. Contact Microsoft-WindowsSupport.com at +1-888-606-4841 for help and support on How to take
screenshot in Microsoft Windows.
Paste screenshot- After the making of the screenshot, you will have to paste it to
editor so that it can become visible. The general way of pasting it is in the paint
file. By doing this, you will save it as image file also called the bitmap and it is
transferrable to others. In case you feel like, you also have the option to dial the
Microsoft Support Phone Number for guidance. You will find a genuine help you
require at the moment.
 In the start menu, there is an accessories section. From here, you can open
Paint. The new canvas is open and you have to press Ctrl +V for pasting the
image on the canvas. Other option is to open edit menu and after that
choose Paste or you can right tap on the canvas and then select Paste.

 Now, you tap the File and then save in order to name and type of file.
Generally, the two common files are JPG and PNG. For the screenshots, the
preferred format is the PNG because the file is small in size and of high
quality.
 There are other programs available on which you can paste the screen shot
like Word or email body. You have to open the program on which you want
to paste the image and after that press Ctrl+V.
Next, you can save the complete screenshot in a direct manner to a file located in
Windows 8. And this is how you can take a screenshot in Windows 8 computer
system.
