Tyler’s proposal
Jeremy stands near an attractive peer as he waits for the elevator. He looks prepared to make conversation
when the elevator light appears. He enters.

“Which floor?”
She reaches past him and presses her floor, headphones now in her ears. Looks ever so slightly
disgruntled.

The camera follows Jeremy down his hall and through his apartment door, where his friends surprise him
“Happy Birthday!” We see him relaxing in a party atmosphere with several friends, drinking, playing games,
and chatting. A casual comment about women is made, Jeremy rolls his eyes/scoffs.

The party events end and Jeremy retires. We see internet results of “21 virgin guy” on his screens. He
downloads a dating app. His first interest is clearly a hooker, he ignores the message. By his face, another
second member of this service is someone he recognizes.

We see Jeremy in some public place, we seem him approach a girl, who we recognize as his interest on
the the dating service from the day before. He asks her out. “I have a boyfriend.”

We see Jeremy re-enter his apartment that day, his roommate and his girlfriend are flirting on the couch.
“Oh hey, Jeremy.” He weakly replies some obscenity and retires without stopping to talk. We see him
consider the message from his hooker “Oh my God”.

The front door opens. A normally dressed, friendly-looking girl Jeremy’s own age appears. “You’re… not…”

“I’m [INSERT HOOKER’S NAME HERE]. You’re…”
“Jeremy. Right. This is yours.” Hands her organized wad of cash
She follows her halfway to his room
Jeremy pauses, “Do you need the bathroom? I’ll be right back.” He shows her the bathroom and leaves for
his room. She enters to the messiest bathroom she’s ever seen. Cut to Jeremy.
Jeremy enters his room and begins organizing. He finishes and begins to leave (his bed is never shown),
but remembers the lube and Kleenex coincidentally paired on his nightstand. He rushes back to fix this and
meets [INSERT HOOKER NAME HERE] immediately outside his door.
He shows her inside his room.
The camera cuts to his lofted bed far too close to the ceiling. He kicks over a wheeled chair to the bed,
implying she climb it.

The sound of a roommate entering the apartment. Jeremy panics “Shit” and peeks out “No, no…”
Cut to Jeremy and hooker sitting in the dark on the floor. Silence. “He’s normally at practice.”
Hooker nods and smiles uncomfortably. Time passes.

“Uh, listen I’ve places to be and can’t hang around here forever.” She begins to leave. We hear Jeremy’s
final pleas. From where Jeremy’s standing, we see the hooker pause. She’s looking at someone. Jeremy
looks lost. The hooker greets the roommate by name. She leaves the apartment. Jeremy cautiously moves
to where the hooker stood. The girlfriend asks her roommate who it was that left. Jeremy meets his
roommates gaze. “Old classmate” the roommate replies to her with a smile.
