S.O.S. I need to move to a secure place. My contract on the current apartment lease expired December
31, 2015, so I am off the lease, but I am unable to go and live in another apartment where I will
continue being persecuted and abused, without obtaining some justice on my behalf. Although my
case has a political base, there are many documented proofs that the United States laws have been
violated against my person in the State of Indiana. In the case of housing, it has been in consecutive
form since I entered the United States in a legal manner, but it turns out that I have been victim of a
human traffic manipulated by the Castro brothers within the Refugee Program. Stop the impunity in
the State of Indiana.
I desire a meeting with you, I have information to share with you.

In the face of the many violations to my Human Rights in all areas of my life, since my arrival in
Indianapolis from Cuba through the Refugee Program, from the first day of my arrival, on the 8th of
December of 2009 until until now, via the Refugee Agency of Catholic Charities of Indianapolis, many
threats of harm that were promised to me by the Cuban intelligence before ~ left, that they would make
certain should come to pass here as punishment if I actually was able to arrive in the United States,
have been successful. At this very moment, my postal service has been closed down by the apartment
Office personnel. My internet service, though paid in full, is continually being blocked. However, I do
not live in Cuba, I live in Indianapolis, IN, where you are the Representative of Justice in this State,
and accordingly, I request the following:
1. Protection of my IDENTITY (towards myself as a victim of persecution) within the housing
system, a law which exists within the system of housing here in the United States. In other
words, when I apply to live in another place, I would not have to give the name of the
apartments where I lived previously, in order to break the chain of sabotages, attempts on my
life and frauds inflicted against my person.
2. To be able to buy a house within the program of First Home Buyers. I attempted it, and was
denied, because according to what they say, I have poor credit, This happens to the majority of
the "Refugees" here in Indiana, because from the day we arrive in this country, the Refugee
Agency destroys our credit, and they disable our ability to progress through the system within a
short time. I am referring to the same Rifugee agencies who have sued Governor Pence on
"behalf???ofthe Syrian Refugees." I am not Syrian, I am a Black Cuban woman, 58 years of
age, disabled, daughter of Francis Brown, US Navy Veteran who was assassinated by order of
the Castro Brothers on April 27thof 1978. And even though today, President Obama is a friend
of the assassins of my father, I have the right to have a comfortable and safe home.
3. An investigation into all of the sabotages that were made against my person, and compensation
for the harm that has been caused.
