This promotion is offered to customers trading in a working camera in exchange for the purchase of a brand new Leica M (Typ 240), M-P (Typ 240), or M
Monochrom (Typ 246) camera, via an authorized NZ Leica stockist.
Lacklands LP (Leica NZ) will provide the customer an $800 trade-in value by redemption. Claims for the $800 redemption will be paid via direct credit
within 6 weeks of Lacklands LP receiving the customer’s valid redemption claim on this form. Valid claims must include this completed form, proof of
purchase (tax invoice or receipt) and a copy of the customer’s bank details (account name and account number) for purpose of direct credit.

The promotion period is from 1 August 2016 to 31 October 2016. All claims must be received by Lacklands LP before 18 November 2016. Lacklands
LP will have the final decision on all redemption claims.
