Meridia’s Blessing

(5 items): Blocking gives a 33% chance to blind
your attacker, giving them a 100% miss chance
for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every
10 seconds.
Craglorn:
Way of Martial Knowledge
(2 items): Adds X Max Magicka.
(3 items): Adds X Spell Damage.
(4 items): Adds X Spell Damage.
(5 items): After you hit an enemy, they take 10%
additional damage from the next damaging attack. This effect can happen once every 4 seconds.
Way of Air
(2 items): Adds X Stamina Recovery.
(3 items): Adds X Stamina Recovery.
(4 items): Increases the radius you can detect
Sneaking enemies by 2 meters.
(5 items): When you use Roll Dodge, your Weapon and Spell Damage is increased by X for 6 seconds.
Way of Fire
(2 items): Adds X Weapon Damage.
(3 items): Adds X Spell Resistance.
(4 items): Adds X Weapon Critical.
(5 items): When you deal damage with a Weapon
ability, you have a 20% chance to deal an additional X Flame Damage. This effect can occur
once every 2 seconds.
Whew, that was a lot, but hopefully that’ll get you
started on what you need for farming sets in the
Overworld. But now it’s time to move onto the
next section.

Now with this new update there have also been some drastic changes made to how the four person
dungeons work and the undaunted pledges.
Firstly all dungeons are getting a veteran mode (a harder version), and dungeons who had a normal
and a veteran mode to begin with will now be split into two separate versions of the dungeons (i.e.
Spindleclutch I and Spindleclutch II)
Secondly, Keys. They are the big reason people do the pledges on a daily basis, it’s the only way to
get the shoulder pieces of the monster sets and with the new modes to all the dungeons they’ve
added even more sets to the loot table! But thankfully they’ve also increased the number of keys you
can acquire in a single day.
The old system had two quest givers, Maj al-Ragath and Glirion the Redbeard. They would give you
chances at keys that would open chests that had a chance for the shoulder pieces, but the important
detail is that you only had 2 shots at chests a day per character. Now there’s a new system in place
that can give you up to 6 shots at those sweet shoulders! (As well as delve dailies to give you a shot
at pages for a new Draugr Motif.)
Now when you complete a pledge there are certain criteria to look out for to increase the number of
keys you get from finishing the quest. If the dungeon is set to normal you will get one key. If the dungeon is set to veteran you will get one key and a helm from the final boss. If the dungeon is set to
veteran and the scroll at the final boss is read before engaging the fight, you’ll be rewarded with two
keys and a helm from the final boss.
Keys will no longer be chest specific like in the past, but there will still be three chests they just no
longer decide the quality and the chance of a shoulder piece dropping, but which loot table you’re
looting from. The loot tables of all the possible monster shoulders split into these three chests, thus
making the RNG a little more forgiving if there’s a specific shoulder piece you’re looking for. (The order of the monster set list is in the same order as the dungeon list.)

and Spell Resist for 6 seconds and restore 25
Ultimate.
Shadowrend Set
(1 items) Adds X Magicka Recovery.
(2 items) When you deal damage, you have a
5% chance to summon a shadowy Clanfear for
15 seconds. The Clanfear's basic attack deals X
Physical Damage and apply Minor Maim to any
enemy hit for 3 seconds, reducing their damage
done by 15%. This effect can occur once every
15 seconds.
Spawn of Mephala Set
(1 items) Adds X Max Health.
(2 items) Fully charged heavy attacks have a
30% change to create a web for 5 seconds. web
deals X Magic Damage every 1 seconds and
snare enemies 50%.
Swarm Mother Set
(1 items) Adds X Stamina Recovery.
(2 items) When you block an attack from an
enemy that is further than 5 meters from you,
you spin strands of spider silk to pull the enemy
to you. This effect can occur once every 2
seconds.
Engine Guardian Set
(1 items) Adds X Health Recovery.
(2 items) 10% chance on ability use to summon
a dwemer automaton to restore X Health,
Stamina or Magicka every 0.5 seconds for 6.5

Scourge Harvester Set
(1 items) Adds X Max Health.
(2 items) 6% chance when hit to create a beam that
steals X health target. Beam breaks from targets
greater than 10 meters away. While beam holds you
gain 30% increased healing from all sources.
Kra’gh set
(1 items) Adds X Physical Penetration.
(2 items) When you deal damage, you have a 10%
chance to spawn dreugh limbs that create shockwaves
in front of you dealing X Physical Damage every 0.4
seconds for 1.2 seconds. This effect can occur once
every 3 seconds.
Maw of the Infernal Set
(1 items) Adds X Max Health.
(2 items) 5% chance on light or heavy attacks to
summon a fire breathing daedroth for 15 seconds.
Basic attacks deals X Physical Damage.
Sentinel of Rkugamz Set
(1 items) Adds 2% Healing done.
(2 items) When you heal a friendly target, you have a
10% chance to summon a dwemer spider that heals
for X Health and restores X Stamina to you and your
allies within 5 meters every 1 second for 8 seconds.
This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
Nightflame Set
(1 items) Adds X Max Health.
(2 items) 2% chance when healing an ally to create a
totem for 10 seconds. Totem heals allies in area for X
every 1 second. This effect has a cooldown of 15
seconds.
Slimecraw Set
(1 items) Adds X Health Recovery.
(2 items) Gain Minor Berserk at all times, increasing
your damage done by 8%
