Rules & Regulations:

1.Participation is open to all pre-school and primary school children aged 4-12 years old.
2.Entries are limited to only 60 contestants by first come, first served basis.
3.Closing date for entries: 5th November 2016 (Saturday)
4.Contestants MUST bring their own colouring materials. Only colour pencils are allowed.
5.Only one (1) A3 size colouring paper is provided and contestants are allowed to bring their own small chair, table or colouring pad.
6.Contestants must register themselves at the counter by 10.25am. All categories will start the contest at 10.30am.
7.Each contestant will be given 2 hours to complete the colouring.
8.The organiser reserves to make any changes to the Rules & Regulations herein contained without any prior notice.
9.Judges’ decision is final and no appeals will be entertained.
10.Each contestant will be given one (1) door gift and one (1) certificate of participation.
