UPRIG H T - SESSIO N IPA - 4.0%
Named one of the 50 Most Influential Beers of 2015 by Original Gravity magazine! We've taken a great
IPA and reduced the alcohol but not the taste! Packed with Simcoe, Amarillo, Equinox, Cascade and
Sorachi Ace hops, this beer has an amazing aroma coupled with sweetness and a refreshing bitterness.
EXTRA PALE – PALE ALE – 4.2%
Light and refreshing pale with a delicate hop aroma from both Noble hop and American varieties. With a
reduced colour and bitterness this is a craft ale aimed at the lager drinker. If you’re looking to replace a line
with something local or make your first foray into craft beer this is a great entry level product. It’s like
summer in a glass!
PARTICULAR - W HEAT - 4.5%
Magnum bittering, Mandarina, Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittelfruh for late and dry hop. This wheat
is slightly dry with some traditional weiss beer hints. We have selected a neutral yeast so the beer will
compliment many different dishes including spicy food & seafood.
G IG G LEM UG – AM ERICAN PALE ALE - 4.9%
Light, refreshing and sure to put a smile on your face. Gigglemug is Upright's sweeter cousin from the
States. Bursting with juicy aromas of peach, mango and citrus this beer will go down a treat.
PHUCHSIA - BERLIN ER W EISSE STYLE W /CHERRY AN D RASPBERRY 4.9%
Our twist on a traditional sour German Berliner Weisse. To add to the lactic sourness we’ve added pureed
raspberry and Morello cherries to add sweetness and a more complex sourness. With no hop bitterness and
a fruit tang it’s easy to see why people come back for more.
BEER STREET - BEST BITTER – 4.0%
Named after Hogarth’s famous print, this is a traditional amber beer with well-balanced bitterness and hints
of toffee and dry chocolate, brewed with Goldings and Fuggles. Smooth mouth-feel and medium body
make this ale easy to drink.
N EVER M IN D THE KEN T HO PS - ESB – 5.5%
There is no beer style more British than the Extra Special Bitter, in that respect we’ve built a solid, boozy
ale with a phenomenal malt character but with a twist; all the hops are American: Chinook, Amarillo and
Simcoe.
SKYLIN E – AM ERICAN PALE ALE– 5.3%
The perfect mix of malt body and sweetness meets intense hop bitterness and aroma of grapefruit and
tropical plants. At 5.3% it is still easy to drink with bags of aroma from Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra hops.
