The Bird’s Paradise Tour
Our Creative Kitchen

Our most unique tour. With our insider connections, guests will experience
what no other visitor will taste! The traditional dishes of rice, beans, simple
meats and tropical fruits are quickly embracing global movements of
sustainability and individual chef expression. Sample evolving traditional
plates with strong focus on organic, artisanal and tropical offerings; coffee,
appetizers, street food, farm to table and craft beer.
