Delivered by Angie Lee-Foster of Big Sky
Yoga, she is interested in how movement
can help us be present and aware,
reintegrating our body and mind, attuning
to our senses and refining our experiences.
Her aim is to develop moving and being
with a sense of ease and grace.

Yoga is a perfect complement to pilates as
a holistic mind body awareness discipline.
This is the first of range of workshops
available exclusively to members of Millie
Dobie's studio and limited to 6 per
workshop. You will receive strong
