Como (Conduit Ltd.) Terms for Using ComoAngular
We would like to thank you for downloading and/or using Conduit Ltd. (“Como”, “Our”, “Us”)
ComoAngular Mobile App (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App and/or submitting the registration form, you hereby agree to the
following terms and conditions, which are in addition to and not in lieu of the general terms of use and
privacy policy which apply to all Como mobile apps (available at: http://www.app4mobile.biz/mobileapps-terms-of-use.html and http://www.app4mobile.biz/app-privacypolicy.html respectively), and
which will govern your use of the App and participation in Como’s prize contest. In any discrepancies
between these terms and the general terms of use and privacy policy these terms shall prevail.
How can you win?
After submitting your personal details, completed within the registration form, an online scratch card
will be made available to you. By scratching the online scratch card you may win a prize, as will be
determined by Como. Winning is not guaranteed. Only 40 scratch cards can win, and we cannot
guarantee that you will be the lucky one.
The prize will be a free item in BBB restaurants (in Israel), which can be redeemed at one of the chain
branches.
In addition, you are invited to visit our booth, located at Main Hall. If you approach Como’s
representatives in our booth, you will be able to scan a QR code and participate in another contest for
winning one set of headphones and Bluetooth speaker (The House of Marley; model Liberate XLBT)!!
The winner will be announced no later than end of the AngularUp event.
Your Personal Information which you submit to Como:
By completion and submission of the registration form by clicking “Register Me” or its equivalent, you
herby provide your consent to and authorize Como to collect, restore and use (for the purpose below)
your personal information (including contact your details) submitted within the registration form of the
App (“Your Data”).
We may use Your Data for the purpose of contacting you and offering you to come to our offices for few
meetings, which may end by joining the excellent team of Como. Please note that we neither guarantee
that we will contact nor invite you to our offices, nor hire you for any position in Como.
We will not use Your Data for any purpose other than the above, including transferring it to any third
party.
