FEDERAL COURTS - THE DECISIONS:
The United States Supreme Court refused to review the First Circuit Court of Appeals
judgment of Civil Rights violations claiming Dunn’s right to a Jury Trial, Due Process
and Equal Protection under the laws was repeatedly denied by the lower federal courts.
No Impartial Juries were ever allowed to hear Jack Dunn’s evidence in any of these
legal actions.
From 2006 -2012 a Jury Trial was blocked by the United States Federal Courts in both
Copyright Infringement lawsuits Jack Dunn filed against Dan Brown. Dunn claims
Brown copied the structure, characters, text and produced a derivative work of The
Vatican Boys in The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons.
In the 2006-2007 Dunn I against Dan Brown the First Circuit District Court ruled,
“there are no substantial similarities” between The Vatican Boys and The Da Vinci
Code.
In the 2010-2012 Dunn II the same First Circuit District Court dismissed the lawsuit
stating that like in the Dunn I decision “there are no substantial similarities” between
The Vatican Boys and Angels & Demons.
The Boston First Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the Dunn II judgment stating “there
are no substantial similarities.”
