CDP DESKTOP CLIENT UPDATE
CallShaper recently made enhancements to its CDP Desktop Client and will release version
V4.4.1 on 10/24/2016. The enhancements are described below.
Transfers Menu – Now agents can transfer a call regardless of where
they are in the script by using the Transfers Menu. If Canned
Transfers are programmed in the Manage Site, the Transfer Menu
will provide the agent with a list of transfers that are available to them
on that campaign.
Hold – The other added feature is the hold button. The agents will
have the ability to place a lead on hold during the call. Once on hold,
the agent can use a canned transfer to contact to a third party and
they can also transfer the call while on hold. To bring the lead back
on the line, they can select the Resume Call button. The agents will
only see the hold option if it is enabled in the Manage Site’s Campaign
Settings – General Tab.
If for any reason the CDP Desktop Client does not updated automatically on 10/--/2016, you can download
the latest version from: http://www.callshaper.com/downloads/Install-CDP-Latest.msi
