renowned for having the longest Christmas celebration in the world.

Spiral
Herald the biggest and brightest season of the year at Manila’s beloved restaurant and Asia
Pacific’s most interactive dining destination.
Treat your loved ones to Spiral’s 21 dining ateliers featuring the world’s finest cuisines and
tickle your tastebuds with traditional European Christmas spread. Artisan Terrines Selection,
seasonal oysters, Roast Turkey with traditional stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, Maple Glazed
Christmas Ham with Rosemary Apple Sauce, Venison Gamey Meat, Veal Sweetbreads, Suckling
Pig Porchetta, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Chestnuts, and Boudin Noir Sausage
complement festive international dishes and traditional holiday fares such as Yule log cake,
Stollen, Christmas cookies and homemade pralines. Cap off the experience with mulled wine
especially concocted for the holidays.
Rate starts from Php 2,100 +++ per pax inclusive of free flowing iced tea, soft drinks, beer,
wines, champagne and sparkling wines on select dates.
A special dinner buffet for kids 5 to 11 years old will be held at Davao/Boracay function
rooms on the 31st of December at 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Rate is set at Php 1,221 +++ per child.
Interactive entertainments such as baloon twisting and magic shows are scheduled.
On New Year’s Eve, a festive international buffet spread with one (1) glass of champagne
is available at Php 5,250 +++ per pax.
Prestige option with free-flow of Dom Perignon is set at Php 30,000 +++ per pax.
Buffet opens from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. World-class entertainment,
New Year countdown and balloon drop are slated.

Le Bar
A more intimate New Year’s Eve dinner is yours to enjoy at Le Bar, Sofitel’s innovative 3-in-1 concept restaurant that
offers a French bistro a la carte menu.
Bask in timeless elegance with a 3 course set menu, which includes Venison filet with Grand Huntsman sauce,
Spiced braised cabbage with buttered carrots and asparagus, and Truffles shavings and chestnuts puree complete
with savory appetizer and delightful dessert.
Dinner is served from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Rate is set at Php 3,300 +++ per pax with a complimentary glass
of sparkling wine.
Party in style with DJ Sanya Smith and The Zombettes spinning from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Sunset Bar
Treat your loved ones to a festive barbecue buffet with the majestic view of the world famous Manila Bay sunsets in the
backdrop. Dine and wine under the stars at the Sunset Bar and make Magnifique memories to last a lifetime.
Festive season spread features a wide array of appetizing salads, Roasted cajun spiced Tom Turkey, US Striploin with
béarnaise and red wine sauce, Roasted Lechon served with your barbecue favorites, and confectionery options.
Rate is set at Php 3,000 +++ per pax inclusive of free flowing iced tea and beer on Christmas Dinner and
Php 3,888 +++ per pax with one (1) glass of sparkling wine on New Year’s Eve. Buffet opens from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Spectacular colors of the magnificent fireworks display will illuminate the 2014 countdown.
