Built a full-service automated subleasing brokerage system as a web application (similar to Airbnb, geared towards
subleasing for college students), complete with automated payments, messaging and notifications, email signaling,
map visualizations, an admin interface, social authentication, and more.

Software Consultant Best Apartments / TradeNYC – New York, NY – March 2015 to June 2015
Built an enterprise property listing system, complete with a content management system for managers
with CRM capabilities, with the guidance of expert real estate agents here in NYC. This was a massive
upgrade from the Telnet system that was being used (ProComm), originally developed in 1990.

Lead Developer and Project Manager American Choice Modeling dba Market Outcomes – Portland, OR –
March 2014 to January 2014

Led a team of remote developers to build an enterprise market research data management and
visualization application. Clients include Nestle, Coke, Walmart, and various colleges.

PROJECTS
Founder Soundcry - Dallas, TX - June 2012 to Present
Created music discovery service. Over 4 million total unique visits since its inception, peaking in March 2013 at
~22,000 visits per day. Originally implemented in PHP, rewritten in Python.
