1. Laugh
Laughter melts fear and evaporates some of the
pressure we put on ourselves before we start to sell.
Watch a funny YouTube video, one of your favorite
comedies, and/or think of that funny story someone told
you to relax you before your sales calls. A relaxed mind
can better hear buying cues and emotional triggers
(what would make them invest, what pains they are
going through right now, what does a solution mean to
them or their family), any issues with money or with
family, and anything that you can turn into benefits and
solutions you can offer them.

2. Shake It Off!
Whether you love Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, or another
favorite artist, let the music get you pumped and
ready to go in so you can take over any objection, fears
of rejection bubbling up in your stomach, or anything
that can block you from getting your "Heck Yes". Take
some time to kick your shoes off, turn up the volume,
and get ready to shake the fears off. While you're
dancing around the kitchen table (or on the kitchen
table) think about how happy you will be when you
see those PayPal notifications pop up in your inbox,
how you can impact your client's lives, and grow a
profitable business will keep you out of the
unemployment line.

3. Calm Down
Chamomile tea has a calming effect that naturally
relaxes your muscles and gives you the peace of mind
so you can think clearly before your sales calls and
strategy sessions. Try this routine the next time fears
start to rev up in you: Grab your favorite mug , use
one or two tea bags, take a sip, close your eyes, take a
deep breath then exhale keeping your mind and
body still. Repeat until you finish your tea. While you
meditate, see yourself in control of the sales call,
asking all the right probing questions, and taking
notes so you know how to close on your sale.
Drink up and let those nerves melt away.
