RAZOR  “DECEMBER”  Giveaway  Sweepstakes  (the  “Promotion”)  will  be  conducted  by  
RAZOR  USA,  LLC  (the  “Company”).  The  giveaway  is  a  weekly  sweepstakes  in  which  
one  (1)  eligible  entrant  will  be  awarded  a  prize.  The  Promotion  is  in  no  way  sponsored,  
endorsed  or  administered  by,  or  associated  with  Instagram  or  Facebook.  
Official  Rules:  These  are  official  rules  for  the  Promotion.  By  entering  the  Promotion  by  
any  method,  entrants  agree  that  they  can  be  contacted  regarding  the  Promotion,  and  to  
be  bound  by  these  official  rules  and  all  the  decisions  of  the  Company  relating  to  the  
Promotion,  which  shall  be  final  and  binding  on  all  entrants.    
Promotion  Period:  The  Promotion  is  a  daily  sweepstakes  in  which  one  eligible  entrant  
will  be  award  a  prize  each  week  during  the  promotion  period.  Each  promotion  period  
shall  last  7  days  from  Sunday  at  12:00  AM  PT  and  end  at  11:59:59  pm  PT  on  Saturday  
(“Entry  Period”).  The  first  promotion  period  shall  start  on  Thursday,  December  1  and  the  
last  promotion  period  shall  end  on  Saturday,  December  25.  Each  weekly  Promotion  is  a  
separate  sweepstakes  in  which  all  entries  received  during  that  week’s  sweepstakes  
period  shall  be  eligible  for  that  week’s  Promotion.  Company  reserves  the  right  to  modify,  
extend,  suspend,  or  terminate  the  Promotion  in  its  sole  discretion  with  or  without  cause.    
Eligibility  Restrictions:  The  Promotion  is  open  to  all  persons  who  are  legal  U.S.  
residents  18  years  of  age  or  or  the  age  of  majority  in  the  state  they  reside,  whichever  is  
older,  at  time  of  entry.  The  Company’s  employees,  officers,  directors  and  agents,  
affiliates,  advertising  and  promotional  agencies,  their  respective  affiliates  (collectively,  
the  “Promotion  Entities”,  the  members  of  their  immediate  families  (spouse,  parents,  
grandparents,  siblings  or  children)  and  those  living  in  the  same  household  of  each  
(whether  related  or  not),  are  ineligible  to  enter  or  win.  By  participating,  entrant  agrees  to  
comply  with  these  Official  Rules,  and  the  decisions  of  the  Company,  which  are  final  and  
binding  in  all  respects.  
Entrants  are  eligible  to  win  prize(s)  from  this  Promotion  only  once  during  December.  
Only  one  (1)  winner  per  household  is  permitted  in  any  Promotion.  
The  winner(s)  may  be  required  to  present  valid  government-­issued  photo  identification  
and  must  provide  winner’s  complete  address,  date  of  birth  and  phone  number  to  claim  a  
prize(s),  as  well  as  sign  a  release  as  set  forth  below.
