I. Though there can be exceptions, the USPS – US Postal
Service Flat Rate Priority boxes are the best dollar value
and quickest.
a. You can print your pay your postage and print your
label online and give it to your postman..or lady.. or
drop it off on the counter at the post office.
b. You can even schedule pickup online.
Flat Rate Priority Mail includes $50 of insurance.
HIGHLY recommend that you purchase for the full value of your knives. The rate is
$2.00 per $100 of value.
We return ship by USPS. Usually its the flat rate box, but we may use first class instead.
There will be a tracking number.
We ship insured ONLY. The schedule for insurance is on the order form.

B. Packing Suggestions
I. Wrap your cutting insturments so they do not rub against each other. Roll them in:
a. Kitchen Dish Cloth
b. Newspaper
c. Plastic
II. Wrap them like a burrito with the ends folded in, especially the pointed ends.
III.
Protect the tips from cutting through the end of the box.
IV. My favorite method is to take a thin piece of piece of wood and place it so it would stop
movement of a knife tip.
V. Others use styrofoam or multiple layers of cardboard.
VI.
Use filler paper or other materials to keep the knives, etc. from moving around. It
does not cost any more, so be secure.
C. What you can expect
I. Good care will be given to your property.
II. Turn around time is 24-48 hours depending upon the work load.
III.
Returned to you nice and sharp.
IV. Proper packaging for return shipment
V. Shipping by either Priority Mail Flat Rate, or 1st class. Usually Priority
VI.
We print the shipping labels online. You will be notified of the shippment by email.
D. If time is of the essence, call us ahead of time to make sure you can be accommodated. There is
no extra charge for this service. We just trust people will not abuse this courtesy.
Feel free to call or text me if you like. 850 556 0111. eMail is often a better way as for some reason my
phone does not always notify me of voice mail.
Thank You For Your Business
